If you can't decide between gingerbread and chocolate, simply choose both: the gingerbread pralines covered in dark "Madagascar 68%" Grand Cru chocolate contain homemade gingerbread, berry jam, almond marzipan, gianduja and fine ganache. Not only Hansel and Gretel will fall for this combination....
Pumpkin seed gianduja
Under the crunchy shell of dark "Madagascar 68%" Grand Cru chocolate, the nutty flavours of pumpkin seed gianduja with white "Opus Blanc 35%" Grand Cru chocolate unfold into a winter sensation. A small bite is enough to reveal the wintry magic.
