Is there anything better than a hot cup full of Grand Cru milk chocolate, refined with homemade caramel and a pinch of fleur de sel? The tempting combination of classic "Rio Huimbi 42%" Grand Cru chocolate and salted caramel makes every day a "Heissi Schoggi" day! The small cocoa fruit is suitable for about 1 cup of hot milk (3 dl).
